Can someone explain what the league contains of?

Like what will happen, will the top 2 advance into playoffs, or will you advance to the next league?

lol. as you know i only want 3 games per week. but yeah we will get them played. top 2 go up, bottom 2 go down (assuming noone retires) we won conference B so we got moved way up because of so many teams retiring.
